Didn't seem to loose anything in the last few days so am going back to square one with Atkins. Substituting an Atkins shake for one meal a day.
Hope that tomorrow will show really good results.

Not as much loss as I would have liked. No inches lost. Need to up scope on what else needs to be done.

Been away on our sailboat since Thursday. Had a great time and took lots of veggies along. Ate as well as I could and think I did a good job. Will be interesting to see what the scale shows when I next weigh in.
Also had some unusual exercise with the sailing.
