On a 6 week detox. This is the beginning of week 2, but I'm taking it easy because I always over do it and ten get bored or feel guilty if I miss a work out and then I eat cake. So no pressure this time :) I'll weigh in tomorrow and then on the day we break up for half term and see what's happened, but it's mainly about looking and feeling healthy rather than losing weight. Did loads of exercise that I enjoyed at the weekend and I'm really getting into the yoga, so I'm not going to force myself to do exercise I hate when I can take it slower and have more fun doing it. I think this is what healthy feels like!

Gone up a bit, but not as bad as it could have been given I've been eating whatever I like for a month. Taking a less militant approach and allowing more time to get to goal weight, as otherwise I'm either starving or binging.

I'm really bad at keeping anything going for any length of time. But back on it again now.
All birthdays out the way for a while, aiming to be a good Buddhist, no boozing, nice vegan healthy things, plenty of exercise, zen-like mind overcoming temptation etc etc
Will weigh in tomorrow morning and see what damage the last month has done.
Also didn't help that they stopped the only class I could make at the gym, but Circuits looks OK on a Wednesday so I'll do that, and focussing on the yoga too. If only I didn't have an office job and have to work for the man.
