WOOHOO!!! I got my exercise bike and cross trainer today....that is going to help!!! I've been doing quite well i think, with food anyway. I have also found that since eating so healthy and cutting out the crap, that every time I try to eat something full of crap and fat, that my body rejects it practically straight away, meaning I get severe bad belly, which, lets face it, is a great way to put me off eating it!! onwards and downwards from here!! :)

well that wasn't a very good week with my weigh and the worst bit is, i have tried really hard this week. i have gone from eating pure crap, to eating mainly vegetables and home made soup and a small amount of meat. mother nature has decided to say hello today tho so that might explain the.5 gain. will have to wait and see for next week.

so, my dad decided to do a shop for me today and had it delivered this morning. so many vegetables!!!! but hey i guess that's a good thing. lunch today was a yummy soup that my brother made for me.....delicious, and dinner was a yummy stir fry with some turkey steak.....ok i might have had a little bit of chocolate tonight but i think that today is a great start!!!

well, today is day 1! getting myself a cross trainer and an exercise bike over the next couple of days......so we will see how this journey goes. first goal is to lose 88lb and then we will see where i go from there.
