Spring Challenge - 20 lbs by April 2014
Started today, despite feeling fluey. Sent home from work and I don't think I'll be in tomorrow.
1) I went out for a 20 minute walk around the village to help clear my head and as I spent most of the morning in bed asleep it was a change of scenery and atmosphere too.
2) I have had a fruit smoothy and am keeping my water intake up with squash and tea.
I will have juice and smoothys for the remainder of the day.
3) Because I haven't felt like eating, I have had what tempted me in the cupboard and that may be all I eat today.
4) Day 1 and so far I have recorded every thing I have had to eat and drink.
