Today is going to be the start of something better for me. Possible health scare: I'm seeing a gastroenterologist on Monday. My endocrinologist thinks I may be suffering from fatty liver. If steps are not taken it could develop into cirrhosis of the liver.

I realized today that my oldest daughter will be graduating in a year. I would like to be slim and healthy whe she walks across the stage.

I'm bummed. I went to Red Robin for lunch...ordered a salad...yeah, it was the crispy chicken salad. I really thought I was doing OK, not great...I know crispy chicken is not good but man, I didn't think it was going to be close to the worst choice on the menu. Anyway, I'm bummed!
