Dear Self,

The RE-cuper8ion...THE CHALLENGE

I'm ashamed to admit that I haven't been as dedicated to my "FatSecret-SkinnyBish Ambitions-SummersRoundTheCorner-Cause" of late due to a number of reasons:

- Travelling to the USA is one of the toughest challenges, with endless cheap, sweet, delectable treats; How can one resist? #HidesFace. Yes I did a whole lot of walking and drinking water but...ya

- The whole recording each meal per day is such a challenge, and I'd like it to become routine and it seems my only limitation is 'ME' really, honestly if I can take 5mins out of my day to brush my teeth I should be able to record a few items and I know it'd be worth it.

- EXCUSES! That is probably the biggest reason of the lot, I have an excuse for everything; and it's time that ended.

So summer isnt waiting for me to get up and go (no sirree!). I've decided, as many of us so often do, I'm setting myself one or two (three to be safe) goals for the next two months:

- Continue with my CurvesChallenge workout routine (which by the way was going quite well, up until the travels, oppikoppi and the flu thereafter(vicious cycle) BUT now that I'm almost recovered Im ready to get get going!!

- Include a young jog per week (preferably the weekends or Wednesday afternoons) and actually stick to it, 'cause I love running but don't do enough of it!

- WATER, WATER and MORE WATER, TAKE THE STAIRS,CUTOUT THE SUGAR!! I'm pretty good at this, but i need to keep it constant:)
