sad face today seeing as how its been seven days since my last weigh in and i've lost no lbs. it could simple be because i didn't work out for four days due to laziness and lack of a baby sitter on the weekends. Its cold and I didn't want to pull out the stroller and walk but guess what in light of this "new" information. The "new" information that I will not loose weight just by eating right alone since eating right has not lead me to loose any weight in the last seven days. I will now get my lazy ass(excuse my french but I have to be harsh to myself) So Yes my LAZY ASS up off the couch put my son in the stroller and go for a walk!! It doesn't matter if its cold outside ill put on a coat. I will also do my work out DVDS. Which I very strongly dislike. I think they are very boring but I just need them for days the gym is not an option. So I will do them. I WILL SEE A weight change at my next weigh in in seven days. I will not look at the scale before then. thats is this weeks challenge for me. Lets Go!

Yesterday was hard. It was a sunday and I just sat in the hosue all day with my son. and you already know we ate like pigs. I thought it was a good idea to start eating heavy int he morning and lighter throughout the day but it did not work that way and by 4pm I had no RDI left for dinner :O. So I had to eat and I just went over but I learned a lot about my self. So it was a good experience. I will now eat light all day. Do not eat 220 calorie brownies as a "snack". and even tho you might bake something it doesn't make it good for you.

day two of my journey and it all ready feels like year 2 lol. I went to the gym yesterday and oh boy i hurt EVERYWHERE today. It kinda makes me not want to go but thinking about the results over and over and over keeps me going. I'm facing so many challenges like today is my cuzzins baby shower and its at the same time I usually work out. so now i have to change my whole life around to squeeze in working out. but im going to do it. I got a work out dvd today its the biggest loser boot camp work out. Its 50 minutes long which is my goal work out time. im going to do that on my break at work instead of eat so i guess that's a good thing. here I go on day two. im in pain and im tired but im not hungry and im loosing weight! Lets go!
