I have successfully completed five days of journaling my food and exercise. I've also been successful of keeping my calories under 1600 and walking three miles a day for five days. I'm happy with this progress. Just have to keep on keeping on:).

Here I am again, In January I had an operation and was not allowed to exercise for 6 weeks, also comfort food, lots of cheese,bread,desserts,was a return to my old way of eating. So, now I am determined to get my will-power back and loose the weight I've gained. Instead of over 40lbs to loose, I have at least 20, so here goes.

I have been traveling and returning from work exhausted. I've missed too many days of recording my food and exercise. I've decided to give myself a break from guilt and simply wait for the end of the season and start over at that time.
