I'm feeling pretty fat. It's not bothering me a whole bunch, which is good. I still feel like I'm wearing a fat suit, though, and some days are worse than others.

I'm getting started with the fat suit removal today. I'm far enough in the C25K program that our next workout is solid running with no intervals of walking. At this point, the exercise could make a real difference if I can get control of my eating.

I want to incorporate some strength training. I need to find my weights and resistance band. Tonight, if nothing else, I'll stretch and do abs.

Today I unthinkingly had my regular coffee with creamer and a mountain of whipped cream. I almost had cheese straws and Brie for breakfast, but made a better choice and had Captain Crunch. No protein, I know, but also no fat. Not the best choice, but better.

I also bought a Snickers bar today because it was a new flavor. Rocky Road. I'm going to try to cut part of it off and freeze the rest.
