For the past few weeks I've been eating a wholesome vegan diet and am already feeling so much better.
After months of barely eating and then overeating for a month (with some bingeing behavior) I am coming to terms with leading a healthy lifestyle that doesn't include barely eating or overeating (especially emotional overeating) and want to get my body to the point where it talks to me and asks me for the food that it needs.
I am and want to continue eliminating anything that is processed/packaged/ and artificially flavored for my diet (chemical free).
In this journey towards ultimate health I am eating clean and completely animal free for ethical and personal reasons.
I am sticking to 1,000 calories a day full of mainly vegetables, soy protein products (tofurky) and some grains.
By eliminating carbohydrates, all sweets, and keeping sugar intake to a minimum I know that my energy levels and overall state of being will be at it's peak!
I am so excited to reap these benefits!
