Well I messed up bad! I stopped walking, stop writing in my journal, and eating unhealthy snacks. Next thing you know my bad habits resurrected again. It began with drinking one soda, and now it's like I'm addicted to the sugar drink again!

I started the ffp 2 days ago. The first day was the hardest for me. I cooked my dinner the day before, so I could have it for lunch the next day. Got all my water intake. Walked for 15 minutes too.
By midday the second day, I had a headache. I guess from the caffeine withdrawals. Lord help me!
Lunch I had a just salad greens and the leftover hamburger helper my husband cooked.
