Nothing really to say. Disappointed with myself.
Motivated to do better. I quit running all month and ran a mile yesterday. Drinking has been minimal but I have to remind myself that "Just one beer" for me turns into a huge problem every time.
My new mantra given this crap season should be, Don't get sad, get skinny!
Meaning work out my frustrations on making healthy food instead of drinking, and of course the literal meaning. WORK OUT!
