I keep forgetting to log my intake. 😬. I’ve been keeping up with the workouts most days so weigh in tomorrow and hope for the best. Shift work is killing me I’m trying to set a routine, but I’m hoping I’ll get to the point where I can do my workouts everyday and fitting them will come naturally rather than being a chore.

Two night of no sleep and a busy day with Halloween made for no workouts yesterday or today and no tracking of intake. Back on track tomorrow. :)

First day with the app. I’m disappointed that it doesn’t calculate into you’re numbers the calories that you have burned. Other than that I like it so far. Let’s see how long this lasts. 😂
