Well, I gained a few pounds this week but I'm not down on myself. I have been walking up and down stairs instead of using the elevator. My legs feel stronger and my knees no longer hurt. Maybe the weight gain is muscle mass. Maybe I'll be down next week.

I wonder if our scale is correct. Hmmm. I weighed myself several times in a row and the scale was different each time. A 2 lb. weight loss might not be correct. I think it is time to buy a new scale.

Here I go again. Very motivated to loose weight. My knees hurt, clothes don't fit and I hate the way my stomach looks.
