I have been having hard times and so been eating more carbs than I should but have been able to keep my weigth the same so far but I've got to knock it off some how or else I'm afraid they will creep back on. Darn budget.

Well since I am living on poverty level it makes a difference in what I can afford for food so some times if I have some bigger bills I have to eat some carbs but try not to eat too many but as you can see I went up 5llbs. But I know some of that is water but I still don't like it. I am currently working on a way of eating low carb and still being able to pay my bills etc.

I got sick really bad for a week and couldn't eat so I dropped down in weight but now that I am feeling better I am afraid it will go back up but if I eat right and drink plenty of water and exercise maybe I won't gain back too much lol
