I have began feeling a little or maybe a lot uncomfortable with my weight gain as I think I am gaining more fat than lean muscle mass. I seem to be gaining a lot more stomach than I want...I think I am going to drop my caloric intake to 3500 eliminate fast food, and add cardio to my work out.

tax season for me is pretty busy eating regularly what I need has gotten tough also trying to clean out a lillte of the fast food.

Becoming difficult to keep up with this level of caloric intake not to mention expensive. On top of that weight gain has slowed and I need to increase make caloric intake..

this diet is tough....Its kind of annoying having a full stomach all the time. Seems like its getting harder, getting tired of eating the same stuff..However I will feed my body the nutrition it needs to make gains.
