lost alot of water with monthly issues. likely my starting weight was higher than what I would have been normally. I estimate I lost about 10 lbs of actual weight. Also about normal for me. Will not be that good going forward, I know.
Starting back to my gym routine this week. keeping to restricted calorie and adding in 30 min of crosstrainer. This is how I did it before and went from 170 to 110.
That was fifteen years ago and pre-depression issues. I'm over all that now and ready to be small again. Had alot of stops and starts, but I am serious and focused this time.
