Well, the fact that I lost any weight this past month is a little surprising but, gives me hope. I haven't been going to work out as often as I should and I've barely been eating properly. I have been able to resist most late night snack cravings and stopped binging on weekends so, I see that makes a big difference. I've also been trying to walk more in my day to day life as well as getting back into drinking plenty of water.

Little changes are making a big difference so, I think if I can be more consistent at the gym and really eat better, especially getting more protein to help curb evening cravings, I will really start seeing more substantial results. If I can do well doing so little, I'll do great doing a bit more.

Oh, but I completely forgot about the challenge I was on again so, drats. So, instead I started betting with my cousin against gym workouts and healthy eating habits. We each get a point for every day we follow our "diets" and a point for each time we get to the gym/workout. Whoever has the most points each week wins and the loser treats to the night out. Nothing like some healthy competition to keep ya motivated.

I signed up for a boot camp class last month and, have gone pretty regularly, except one week which I skipped. I have been eating well, except for two binges, this weekend and two weekends ago. I am now too small for my size 14 pants but, am not yet fitting my size 8 pants so, it is causing a problem with last minute wardrobe decisions. I only have about two, maybe three pairs of slacks which fit at the moment. I am wondering how expensive it would be to take in the four pairs of pants which are now way too big for me.

Its crazy but, it looks like i only lost four pounds in two years but, I actually gained about twenty then lost about twenty-four pounds all within the two year period since I started this silly account. ugh. I guess I could say, at least I haven't given up and, this time I am seeing some results. I do notice changes in my body and ability. It is only a start but, it is more than I saw the last time I tried this and its only been a month of steady effort.
