Woke up feeling ill to my stomach... as I did not eat last night... Went to work out with Maggie, ate breakfast and headed to chiropractor. Went shopping for food items, and back to Maggie's for our Caramelized Brussel Sprouts. I filled up pretty fast. Now I am experiencing a headache. I just read a letter that upset me. So now that I am upset probably will not have much of an appetite for the rest of the dang day!! ughhh!!

Happy Day... Not so happy night... And still I rise!! I just cant seem to eat if something is on my mind. Today was a beautiful day and I gardened and thought I would eat like a horse, but then went for a walk... still not hungry. Tomorrow I'm going to start protein drinks.

This is the end of the second week of working out Plyongenics style. I must say I thought it wouldn't still hurt... But things still hurt. I am up to 7 of 12 standard push-ups. Then I do 5 modified.
I like site. I look at my calorie intake requirement for the day and think that is alottttt of food!! I have to find food higher in calories without compromising healthy. Also am mindful of things I eat because I am trying to be a good example to my workout partner.
Off to get ready - Its a BRAND NEW DAY!!
