Saw this site during my diet/exercise research so I decided to try it out! I've done Weight watchers before, but couldn't keep paying the fees :/ I also never got into the community side of it and I think that would be helpful. Also, my dad has given me the great genetic gift of high cholesterol, so I am always looking for new ways to deal with that. I have started to change my diet(in the general sense not weight loss diet) to be more cholesterol friendly. Luckily, I love healthy food and making it delicious with herbs and spices, but I need to find a way to figure out how I can enjoy my favorite foods (cheese and sweets!!) without feeling guilty or as if hurting my health. I also want to drop the last ten pounds to reach my goal :)
