Okay - I'm sorry it's been so long since I've been on here. I haven't really been keeping up with working out or this at all, however, I still have, for the most part, kept up with not eating after 9 p.m. I need to use this to analyze what I'm putting in my body and what I need to eliminate from my diet since I apparently am not doing this correctly. Wish me luck, weighing-in in a minute... :-/
