I have been able to lift alot more in the past few weeks than ever before. Dead lifting 40pd dumbells on each side and squating 25x2 plates.
Slowly increasing my carb and fat intake has been a struggle, as I know this is a process and gaining is what is going to happen. It is hard for me to understand that, when trying to lose weight, but I have to get my metablism at a steady pace before cutting.
For the past monthg i have increased my carbs and fats by 5g and have been able to maintain my current weight of 134-135. and I can start to see my definition and my abs coming back!
which is Amazing.
Looking forward to next month and then once the new year hits I would like to stat the cutting phase!

I just started back at this.. I normally use Fitness pal, but know that I am constantly logging every food item, this is way better in counting my Macros.
Current weight is 134.6 and I am consuming no more than 1800 calories a day. Hitting my Macros at 55fat/195carb/135protein/25fiber
It is a struggle, but I feel I am defiantly getting stronger as I do my intense workouts.
Staying positive. I feel heavy today though :(
