Pleased with results and finding the eating days ok ... overdid the 500calories yesterday by 80 calories.

First day of two and five diet... BREAKFAST 1/3 cup rolled oats (150cals), 2 teaspoons diced apricot (64 calories) and 2 teaspoons sultanas (40 calories) , 100 grams yoghurt (82 calories) Breakfast 236 calories. DINNER 107 grams potato 84 calories and 100grams Baked Beans (100 calories) 184 calories. One litre water, 3 cups coffee with 100mls light milk and 1.5 teaspoons sugar.
Need to eat more protein and less carbs :)
