UNDER 300!!!!! Almost 21# lost in 20 days. I'm happy! I had a rough week with my eating and water, but I still managed to lose. We are going camping this weekend, so I am going to try my damndest to stick with it. I have to say that my husband (who needs to lose no weight) has been so supportive this time and will eat what I eat for dinners, and so have my teenage boys. This has helped tons!!! I love to hear my husband say, "Can you have....?". For some reason it makes me feel like he's really on this journey with me. I'm really liking it.
I am taking my youngest and his friend to Seattle around the first of April, for a few days. We are planning on doing all the "touristy" stuff, so I really need to start walking more before then. Those hills are going to be killers! My goal is to be 280# by April 1st. Then we are taking a family trip to the Oregon Coast over the 4th of July. I want to be 250# by then. If I can hit 230# by my birthday (Aug.19), I am going to buy Seahawks tickets, no matter their price! We haven't been able to afford them the past two years because of their price jump after becoming champions, so that is my plan. I got this!!!
