Fri, Sat, and Sunday I dont remember exactly what I ate. I remember Friday being healthy. Saturday I was at a concert and brought chicken breast and broccoli. In addition to that I ate pretzels and had a beer. I did not eat taco bell with the rest of the group after the concert and i didnt feel deprived. Sunday I woke up, had a monster and waited on the bf to get done training his client. I basically skipped breakfast and waited way to long before my first meal. We went to brickhouse tavern for the Bronco game. I ordered a prime rib sandwich...it was super greasy and not worth the kcal. I didnt eat most of the bread and only a few fries. We did split calamarie. Lesson learned, eat breakfast (even if its just a protein shake) and split an entree, we were both overly stuffed and it wasnt healthy. To top it off we shared coldstone and gigis cupcakes for dessert. We enjoy going out to eat and trying new places, somehow we need to get over this. I usually make healthy choices even when we go out (coldstone excluded but we did share) but some places really dont offer much and it for sure was not in our price range at this place. I am back on track and still staying under my kcal even if its bad...dont want to get skinny fat though.

Cant totally remember what I ate yesterday but I know it was on my diet. I did not eat as much as I needed, got caught up working and ran out of time.
Today I had a work lunch at DATZ. I had a Turkey/ham club on whole wheat...no mayo. It did have bacon and american cheese. It came with sweet potato chips. Dec 1 kicks off my figure diet, Im hoping to drop a couple dress sizes before my friends wedding. I ordered the dress small. The waist and hips will fit but my lats and bust are 3 sizes bigger than the rest of me. Go pull ups haha.
Running has made a tremendous impact on my physique, I just need to moderate healthy carbs, avoid crap, and watch kcals. I am back on day shift for work so things should be much easier to adapt to.

Sunday Nov 27: Not found in food search. I had an "off day" with the bf. Ate a healthy breakfast: Monday morning bowl from Daily Eats. Dinner wasnt so great: Like it Mojito with gummie bears from Coldstone and Eddie and Sams Lasagna pizza and garlic knots. I dont eat bad a lot and these choices have been planned for a while.
Spending the rest of Novemeber cutting out all non green carbs and kicking off the figure friendly diet Dec 1. Need to prep really well because we are moving the next 2 weeks and its easy to not eat correctly at this time.
my kcals are not where they need to be today...too low.
