Nothing gained, nothing lost. I'm hungry now but I don't see anything good here. Might have to get some ice cream w/peanut butter. Lots and lots of peanut butter.

Talked to my dietician. She wants me to try to increase my cals. to 1800/1900 per day. I'm not sure how to edit my charts on here. Does anyone know how I can change this?

Back to feeling stressed again. My daughter lost her job right before Christmas and now she is looking for help with her car payment, insurance, and gas for a job she hopes to get. Will be a while before she finds out if she'll get unemployment. This will put my budget on hold and I will have to work out a payment back plan for her. STRESSED. I don't eat when I'm stressed...ug
