Ive been a very bad girl. Toddlers Birthday Parties are dangerous. This weekend I over induldged in sweets, cake, chocolate, chips and creamy liquor so need to do some serious work and practise more self control, Will try to exercise every night

Boy oh boy am I struggling with this sugar thing, ive definitely cut back but just cant get rid of it completely. Im wishing for a burger right now as well, I have to fight through it! Haven't had a burger in 3 months. I will try and create a healthy burger over the weekend

Talk about a spanner in the works. just when my leg healed up I got tonsilitus and a sinus infection, booked off sick, im on day 7 and still clogged with pressure. I really miss my workouts, I already feel like I have less energy body doesn't feel so tight. Ah but at least my diet is a bit better, even though im still eating those choccies and sweet stuff. Anyway will have to to cut it out soon as now that im a bit smaller I have to work harder to burn those calories now if only my body can work with me so I can resume my normal routine
