Hi!
For the past 6 days I've been limiting my calorie intake to around the 600 calorie level, in an attempt to kick start my weight loss plan. The overall aim is to look fab in my wedding dress next October. So far I have lost 6lbs and feel great for it.
I feel less hungry now than I did before I cut my calories and I think it has helped me to realise that my brain thinks that I'm hungry when my body isn't.
Fingers crossed I will be able to get into a size 10 wedding dress!
