I decided yesterday morning that I was done with giving in and overeating. I have gained 10lbs since my last weigh in and that is enough. Wake up call! I have actually stopped craving things too. My brain has just decided its time to get back on track. Yay me!

I'm not eating enough calories on a daily basis, which results in not losing weight, plus a huge splurge on occasion. Also a negative setback. Scale down on fat intake and up the calories. Up intake of fruit and veggies.
