Somewhat successful at reaching my 4200 per day calorie goal to keep my body anabolic. The bulk up is becoming more noticeable this week. My muscles are definitely fuller and my frame is much larger than it was about a month ago. I've managed to also cut body fat down to 9%. 6% BF is my ultimate goal but may be quite hard to do during this bulking period. Today was leg day and we destroyed them with walking lunges, squats, and presses. MHP's vanilla flavored UP Your Mass is the BEST tasting weight gainer ever!!! I actually want to cry every time I finish a shake.

On day three of my mass gaining program. I'm at 169 lbs with only 8% body fat. I'd like to bulk until I reach 200 lbs (All lean mass obviously). Then I suppose I'll try and cut down to 5% bodyfat for a lean ripped physique. Lots of food, protein and mass gainer shakes in my future. My biggest obstacle now is trying to consume enough calories for muscle growth. I'm only at 1904 calories for the day and I have to be around 4000 Kcal daily. It's a bit challenging to do that by eating only "clean" whole foods!!

Cheat day yesterday. Back to regular clean diet for the week. Probably wont do a cheat day next week. The food was DISGUSTING and bloating. I really don't get how I ate like that everyday of my life. Next weekend, I may just have a cherry fritter and some black cherry ice cream. Don't need all that other stuff that I consumed just because I could!! I honestly couldn't wait to get back to eating my "clean" foods.

Gotta stay within my deficit to lose the rest of this body fat. But it's hard because I'm adding post workout protein shakes to my diet. One in the morning and one directly after my hour long daily weight workout. So I'm definitely worried about the extra 500 calories per day. I've seen great results with fat loss so far as I have lost a jean size in the last two weeks of hardcore dieting. Don't want the results to slow down but I also don't want to lose the hard earned muscle mass either.
