Impromptu trip to GA from March 13-17th, I attempted to eat relatively healthy/low calorie. However, I did not have WIFI so I had to keep notes on what I ate and after entering it into Fat secret I realized that ate more than my calorie allotments. I am still struggling with constipation, in spite of taking Colace, eating yogurt daily, and recently drinking Prune juice. Today I woke up bloated and with a distended stomach.
Q & A:
1) Does it matter if I am over or under on protein and carbs?
2) Do I need to log every single condiment I eat, i.e a tomato slice or leaf of lettuce on a sandwich?
3) SBD snacks and other 100 calorie snacks, are these okay for on-the-go?
