What is better for losing weight: weightlifting or jogging?

Since you are a female, have you considered giving peak pilates a try? I know they don't bring in fast results, but they definitely work if you dedicate yourself to working out at least a couple of times a week. But you would need to sign up for a class since some of the equipment is pretty large, especially reformers.
