OH I went off the diet! I am now 5 lbs heavier. I did get up to 197 lbs! Wow!!! but now I am down to 180 lbs. I quit eating out and I am trying to watch what I eat at home. The first step was to stop eating out. 2nd step to begin watching what I eat at home. 3rd step will probably be excersize.
I think diets are not a good idea for me. Because it is not something I want to do all the time. So I am just going to start eating healthier. which is a form of diet, I am just not going to read a bunch of books or join a group so they can tell me what I should eat and what I should not eat. I will just look at the pyramid food group and try to get into a routine of eating healthy.

OHHHHHHHHHHHH I am not happy with this wiegh in. Nope, Nope, Nope. Not at all! I will try and get back on track. Over the holidays I got back up to 185! oh yuck! LOL... well back to the drawing board or should I say the (diet board)

I had started out on this diet doing fairly well. I walked a few times and made sure to keep track of my points. Well I have stopped keeping track of my points, but I do still watch what I eat and try to guesstimate my points. I have not walked in 2 weeks. However, I have been feeling under the weather so that may have something to do with it. I am going to try and go for a walk today regardless of how I feel.
