PROGRESS! FINALLY!!!! Im seeing my weight go down, and stay down. Turns out portion control and counting my points WORKS!!!
Ive been eating WW meals for lunch and some dinners and portioning things like cereal. Trying to eat raw nuts to be full.. but not too many theres a lot of fat.
Im going to bed with a smile on my face =)

I made it through the weekend and didnt gain weight! and as shlumpy as I felt today, I ate quite well. Having WW meals in the freezer keep me from binging on pasta and cheese.
