I haven't done any of the Ab work- But I have gone mountain biking during last two weeks at-least three times a week. So I hope that compensates the calorie burning challenge. I know it's not the same exercise but I will try to commit to my second challenge which is walkig half an hour a day.

Hello!
Have started to take this serious and lose weight to be what I used to be at 160 lbs. So, I have started this about three months ago and have been maintaining my weight standing at 220 lbs. It's been difficult but my cholesterol is at 215 which is high and my three months blood sugar is at 5.9- So, I'm borderline and want to drop NOW. if I don't do this now I will be heading downhill from now on. So, it is now or never. I hope this website will help me out to write my daily journals everyday and keep my diary. Good luck to all of you
