56.8kg yesterday, and this morning.
I am starting to know when I'm full.
Things that make me nauseous after eating:
pork fat
sugar
chocolate
been cutting out the sneaky carbs from cashews! switched to walnut and macadamia.
Weigh-in:
125.2 lb
lost so far:
2.6 lb
still to go:
15.0 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

I have yet to feel any Ketosis symptoms.
No dry mouth, frequent urination, breath and odor, headache, fogginess...etc
Am I in Ketosis?
#2 is relatively loose.
I should drink more water
57.8kg this morning.
Eating fat is so satisfying, why? Also this high fat diet has stopped all my binging urges. What does fat do to your brain?!!!! Evidently something really great. Will google how fat can alter brain chemistry.
With low carb high protein I still can over eat on protein.
but with low carb high fat I've been pretty good at controlling it,
Perhaps my body is really senstitive to insulin levels. will google that as well.

I have no idea how much fat I'm eating... so far I'm already at my 1200 limit and its only 1 pm.... what about dinner???!!! Lets check what the Keto Calculator said.
1260 Daily Calorie Intake (30% Deficit)
15g Carb (5%)
80g Protein (25%)
98g Fat (70%)
Need to find a list of food and their nutritional value to help with this diet.
