I am still going strong on the diet and working out every single morning. I am really enjoying it actually! :) I'm down about 5lbs and I don't see any difference at all..but I am not worried I know it will show up soon right??
My only problem is, there are times I feel like i'm starving!!! I try and snack on all the good foods for snacks and I have been eating all meals in the day, but man I would kill to eat sunflower seeds right now lol.

Started my crunches challenge and OH EM GEE!! I am loving it!! It is burning but I have been good and have worked out every day!!! Even after 6 hours of moving furniture and what not I still woke up the next morning and worked out :)

Worked out this morning and decided that I prefer working out in the morning now. Was a lot quieter and went a lot faster than I expected which was nice! I only need to remember to plug in my ipod and charge it today so I have tunes tomorrow to work out to. I also actually made a decent breakfast instead of doing the easy way out of cereal :) lol.

Well, so far I am doing well with eating breakfast when I wake up. I know that it's good to get my body off to a good start. I have stopped buying the 44oz thirstbuster in the morning as well before work. I am having a problem with feeling really hungry around 9pm. I am going to follow my co-workers advise and drink water when I feel hungry and see if it helps.
I am also looking for ways to lower my carb intake. I never realized some of the stuff that I make is SO high in carbs!!

Monday! Today is the day! I am going to do it! I am no longer going to let anything stand in my way. I had a lil roadblock with a serious case of Bronchitis and that set me back a week more than I wanted too. I need to stop being a bored eater! I wish that there was something that I could snack on and was for the most part guilt free. I'm still on the uber meds that my Dr gave me, so I am hoping that those keep the bronchitis at bay and I can continue working out without feeling like I am going to die!
