I definitely need to cut down on the snacks, and replace them with a healthy fruit or veggie. I also need to exercise more, but it's so hard to stay motivated sometimes!

Last night, my best friend came over. We had a great time attempting to work out to We Cheer, and we resisted sweet potato pie!
Today, I plan on stepping up the workout, and really getting a good sweat going. I also plan to closely watch my carb intake; I had way too many yesterday.
