I am at 120 right now. Gonna lower my weight goal 2 lbs to 118, but my main goal is still to tone up. Especially my abs and booty! Been doing good with my calorie counter app on my phone. It's easier for me to just track what I eat there instead of on here. I have been trying to make healthier choices in my eating like salads, fruit, and yogurt for snacks. Staying away from greasy foods, and really watching my portion control. If I know I'm gonna eat a higher calorie meal, then I will go lighter on the other ones. We went out to black angus for filet mignon, and I chose sides with the least amount of calories. Had steak soup, and asparagus instead of a loaded bake potato. It was still just as good!!! I was happier afterwards, and the meat was super yummy. On weekends I may treat myself more. Oh, I will exercise on the days that I plan to have higher calorie foods and drinks. I have also been drinking less, as those are empty calories. I have been trying to only have one drink, and only drink twice a week. No more than two tops, and only when I have exercised that day. Mike and I looked up the calorie contents of many drinks, and it really turned us off! We were looking into which had the least calories, and may have some mojitos. Were shocked to know that pina coladas were like 500 calories!!! Anyways, we both have been doing really good. I'm so proud! :) Alright, that's an update.

I have been thinking of how a lot of breakfast foods are bad for us. So, I'm trying to come up with healthy morning meals. I had been eating yogurt, and a banana, but I was getting bored. And I was craving meat and eggs golly gee whiz! Today I boiled an egg, and sprinkled some salt and pepper on it. I figured that it's better than frying one in oil. It was actually pretty good. I was trying to make a soft boiled egg, but cooked it a few minutes too much. I will have to record the minutes, and figure out how many will produce the desired gooey goodness I want. Then, Mike, who knows I am trying to diet and exercise, and is being supportive, bought us oatmeal, apples fruits, yogurt, and nuts. I had some oatmeal with sliced apple, raisins, and a pinch of brown sugar. I also plan to have some vanilla yogurt with granola and dried fruit again for a snack. I'll keep looking for more low cal, tasty meals to start my day.
