My weight began climbing last November and I have been struggling ever since to get back down to my TA Meta weight - but I've been unsuccessful. I have increased fruits and vegetables and cut down on animal products. I believe this is great for long term health, but it has only resulted in additional weight gain. So, I've had enough. I'm back on my 2-day a week low carb diet - it worked for me before! I have 6 weeks left in my first year of TAM and will do the diet for that time period without weighing in. I'll weigh and measure at the end of six weeks. I've been too focused on this issue and need to back off a little.

I haven't weighed myself today but am definitely not feeling lean and sleek. Had a skin appointment yesterday and they mentioned that my skin looks "hormonal" so maybe that is part of my trouble right now! I'm in a slump and need to get out of it!

I can't believe I am here again. Back up almost 10 lbs. I've kept up my workouts pretty well and am back to 2-day low carb.
