So I weighed in this morning, down 11 lbs. in a month :) This morning did 25 minutes on the treadmill HIIT, & 30 minutes weights. I feel great. This makes it 31 lbs. since January.....yeah me :)

I am a 55 year old grandma, I am a 6 year breast cancer survivor. I am new to this site, in the past 7 months I have lost 30 lbs. My goal is to reach 150, by next January, that is another 70 lbs. I would like to schedule my reconstruction surgery for next spring, but to do that I have to reach my goal weight. I joined weight watchers last month in the hopes of loosing it faster, but my weight loss seems to have slowed down. I think I am not eating enough, although I am eating all of my points & some of the additional points they give you for the rest of the week.
