I am 25 about to be 26 and I was 210lbs. in March 2007 and was a size 18. i was so miserable with myself. i went through some stressful changes and i droped down to a size 13-14 and weigh 167lbs now.
I was active when in high school and was able to fit into a two piece. i want to be that person again. i want to eat healthy, but not have to eat foods i know i won't like.
I currently live with my boyfriend of two years who i love/hate all at the same time as well as i have an awesome roomie. I LOVE Hello Kitty and cats. i have three and they are my children. I love japanese food and sushi and sashimi. Sushi i have found is good for you, just in moderation.
I want to be fit and healthy so that i can do the things i used to and wear the things i want to and feel good about myself. so, if you want to know more, just ask! ^_^
