in the next week i will work hard on trying to cut out my morning and afternoon coffee. I want to replace my morning coffee with hot oatmeal with milk for breakfast as I don't normally eat breakfast and try to replace my afternoon coffee with a bottle of water and top it all off with no pop during the week at all i drink to much cream in my coffee and even if my pop is diet pepsi its very bad for me trying to change my lifestyle one step at a time
