Been preparing to move and have not worked out or stuck with any decent type of diet. I eat when i remember but I dont think that I have gained, I think I have just maintained, give or take a pound. I can't actually weigh in bc I packed the scale, coincidence I think not. Hoping for the best.

Slow and steady, I am working out at least 30 minutes a day and watching what I eat. I see the benefits and I am loving my energy level.

I am proud of myself. The minute I decide to stop stressing and obsessing over my weight, it starts coming off. I also have started getting more sleep. Slow and steady wins the race. I don't care how long it takes as long as I win.

It has been a struggle for me these last few weeks. I have yo-yoed up and down on the scale. I can follow the calorie counting and exercise to perfection and still lose onces or a pound. I can mess up here and there and gain a pound/ or two. I know that it's because I am taking steroids for medical reasons but it doesn't help me with my goals or insecurity with failure. I feel like I am fighting a losing battle sometimes. So easy to put it on, beyond hard to get it off.
