Today is start of a new lifestyle and a new change. Got my sleeping schedule on track and should start my gym workouts Sunday - Friday at 6:00 AM. Went to bed around 7 - 8 PM and woke up around 2 AM. Drank one glass of cold water and made some mixed some boiled eggs with some boiled potatoes and carrots. Not the most appetizing meal but it was a good breakfast.
