Well, this is my journey from daily meat-eater into vegetarian and eventually more than likely into vegan. So far I've lost 9kg just from becoming a vegetarian so it'll be interesting to see how much more I lose over the next year of my transition! As it is I have not eaten any meat for three months and I have not had milk for three weeks. Alpro is my saving grace, soya milk comes in lovely flavours too! Anyway. Wish me luck!

So since January the 1st I've lost 9kg. Becoming a vegetarian is probably the best thing I've ever done!

Three meals out for special occasions, no swim as it was the first day of my period and a box of malteasers in a moment of weakness and I still lost! :D 20 down, 108 to go! :D So gladII'm finally getting there!
