I'm not sure how this website works but i'm tired of sitting around and waiting for my weight to shed off. I've lost 30 pounds before on my own, but I've gained it all back even faster. Now that i know what to do to start losing weight, I guess i'm just here for some motivation for me to really stick to my goals this time. I feel like the heavier I get the more depressed and unmotivated I become. I dropped out of school, I quit my job and I'm just letting my life pass me by. I'm tired of feeling sorry for myself..I just want to change and i'm ready for it. No excuses.
