Well, I started working 10 hours shifts in a factory making windows. Lots of heavy lifting and such. Before I started there, I broke 205 but made some changes and brought it back down to 196.
Now the fun part: I began the P90X program on Sunday, and this week alone, I have lost 6 lbs. Starting Monday, I will adhere to the P90X diet and that will hopefully give me the boost I need.

Well, I didn't stick very closely to any plans the past couple of weeks. Rather, I just tried to be more conscious about my eating habits. I'm going to try to set up a more formal plan for the future, however, it's hard to get online and track myself when I have a sporadic retail schedule.

Well, hello folks:
I'm Ethan, and I've been slowly gaining weight ever since I moved out and went to college. I have ended up gaining about 50 lbs in 3 years and I have decided that it was time to stop letting myself go. So hopefully having a support network will help me take back my health.
