Today I went for a nice jog/walk for about 2 miles. Afterward I felt so amped! Took a nice hot bath to soak the muscles that got a workout. :)

Day one - Found this helpful website to work on planning a new healthy lifestyle. A really good goal for me would be to get in shape so that come summertime I will be able to wear a sexy swimsuit. :)
