Today was a bad day :/ Im not following a diet as such, just changed my eating habits, wholemeal bread instead of white, smaller portions etc and more exercise. I'm not counting calories, but watching them and due to my diabetes screwing up, calories have gone through roof today so expecting to pay for that in the next day or so :/
